so around my birthday in March, the corner of my eyelids have been dry,raw, flakey and itchy. I've been putting vitamin E oil on them and occasionally doing baking soda/coconut oil scrubs. it seemed to be in the clear So I decided to try practicing doing cat eyeliner with a stencil I hadn't had the chance to use yet. so about 5 hours into having they eyeliner on my eyes start to burn and itch.soni take the eyeliner off with coconut oil. next day my whole eyelids are dry, flakey, itchy, raw and leather feeling. so am I just allergic to makeup now? has anyone ever had a similar issue? what helps? the vitamin E oil seems to be the only thing that helps so far.
