Symptoms at 6 weeks? If any?

Anyone else not really had any symptoms around 6 weeks? I’m 6+4 and worrying that something might be wrong.

No plenty of women don’t get symptoms! As long as there is no bleeding or heavy cramping you are fine :) trust me thank god your having symtoms as they are awful!!!!

I never had a symptom with two of my pregnancies. My son is 13, daughter is 11. 
Relax. Be glad you don’t have symptoms. As long your doctor says you’re fine, you’re fine. 
Find something to occupy your mind and pass time and don’t worry.
