bleeding first trimester. subachronic hemmorage?

So I just found out I was pregnant a week ago today. since then I have had spotting on and off everyday. I'm 5 weeks today and my bloodwork as of Monday was 2500 HCG and 20 progesterone. Going in on Tuesday for an ultra sound. My OB says this is normal but I feel she is just trying to keep me calm until the ultrasound. Anyone else of this issue before?

I spotted for two weeks this preg and my eight week scan was fine. Good luck

I’m 9+5 now and I had pink spotting starting at about 5 weeks that lasted for a week. I had my first ultrasound at 7+6 and it turns out I have a subchorionic hematoma. The doctor said pelvic rest, so no sex, and to generally just take it easy. He said they usually resolve on their own.

Honestly it depends on the sch. Some resolve on their own but I had a huge one that pushed the baby out after 2 weeks
