I’m on the Pill and my bf and I always use a condom when we get down and dirty, but I haven’t told him I’m on the Pill. He really wants to try without a condom but I still don’t know if he’s been tested. If he’s clean, would you risk it?

Most contraception is 91~99% effective, as long as you follow directions. So if you really want to and are in a stable, commited relationship then you could go for it.

do it without the condom!!! if you’re really nervous, have him pull out. also, casually bring up that you’d like him to get tested if it’s something that’s bothering you or is important to you

I don’t know why you didn’t ask him to get tested, or if he’s been tested, before you even had sex. I know it seems a little heavy question when you’re going out with someone. But even with a condom, you can still get an STD/STI. If he isn’t clean the genital area in general could be affected and can transmit certain diseases or infections. Remember— BC accounts for the no pregnancy part, it does not protect against STDs. If your concern is not getting something, I suggest sticking with using a condom or stop having sex until you see the test results. (I’d personally do the 2nd).
