Arguing with hubby- working from home
So I have a desk job in the city that I travel to on public transportation. Park of my job requires me to be in the office, but my supervisor has graciously told me to work from home if I need it. (Takes me about 40ish minutes to get to and from work)
I have a love/hate relationship working from home because I use a double screen at work (I don’t have one at home) and the office environment helps me be more productive (I tend to goof off at home), so I enjoying being at the office more.
I’m in my ninth month of pregnancy, and doing just fine. Baby is still cooking and there’s been no complications.
Tonight my husband and I just got into a huge fight because he wants me to immediately work from home for the rest of the month, and has also told me that he thinks I shouldn’t be working in my 9th month. (Which we definitely can’t afford).
He told me that I was putting work as a priority over my own health and that I’m going to be miserable if I go into labor at work. Mind you, the doctor isn’t even concerned about that at this point.
Currently we’re not speaking. 😂
Thoughts? I feel like he’s being WAY over protective.
