Getting Pregnant

So I recently had the kyleena taken out on April 2nd. Which the last day of my period was actually the day before. My boyfriend and I have been trying to get pregnant and my doctor said I can go ahead and start trying. I’m not sure when I ovulate but I’m having all the symptoms but negative pregnancy test but I should have already started my period. So I’m completely confused on what’s going on. I mean yes I’m impatient to get pregnant I’m seriously hoping my mind isn’t playing games with me
