Is this normal?

Hi everyone!

I am 11 weeks with twins. This is my second pregnancy, and it is of course very different than my first. I have been experiencing some really bad cramping which I believe is “round ligament” cramps?

I was just wondering if any one else has experienced this, especially this early on in the pregnancy. I have already had two ultrasounds, so I know the twins are in the right spot and they are healthy. It’s just very uncomfortable, every time I move I get sharp pains in my lower stomach. Should I call my doctor?

Any help or share of experiences would be greatly appreciated. 😕
