Hey everyone, I got my hair done last week and she totally messed up in my opinion. I wanted my pinterest board and she’s saying it’s my fault because I agreed to a full head of balayage. UGH

Top is after I washed, natural, bottom is how it looked after being blow dried and curled. I’m really upset and wish she had offered to fix it but she now says I’d have to pay $100 for darker pieces to be added because I didn’t specify half head but FCK, it’s so blonde!! i don’t think a balayage has to be this blonde. I think she just messed up and doesn’t wanna own up.
