Pregnancy dreams...

Me and my SO have my been trying for about a month now, but I’ve been having pregnancy symptoms, sleepiness, dizziness, headaches, cramping, but no sore boobs still spotting, but last night I had a dream about taking a pregnancy test and it instantly came out positive, everything I’ve Googled and asked in person tells me that I’m probably pregnant and should take a hpt. But I’m not entirely convinced bc I don’t really remember how it first felt to be pregnant the first time. I didn’t know then until my ex told me that he had a dream I was pregnant. SHOULD I TAKE A TEST NOW OR WAIT FOR IRREGULAR PERIOD TO MAYBE COME?? I need answers pleeeease
