Sciatica

Hi ladies I’m currently 24 weeks pregnant and suffering with painful sciatica at nights whilst I’m trying to sleep. After about an hour on one side I’m in agony then I turn over n repeat until both sides are so painful I have to just sit myself up to sleep. It’s really effecting my sleep, I have my midwife on fri so will discuss with her how I can perhaps cope with the pain however I wondered if any of you mamas have dealt with anything similar and can offer me any advice?
