When to go to the doctor

How many days late should I wait before I go to the dr & tell them I suspect pregnancy ? I’m experiencing B.B./nipple sensitivity, fatigue, frequent urination, nausea, bloating, cramping (non PMS) & AF is a day late. Last hpt was yesterday morning & i still got a BFN.
