Are there any April mamas still out there? I still check this board more often because the May board is pretty...quiet. Am I in the right one? Feeling so lonely.

I just want to cry 😭😭😭 I was due the 26th, so now I’m 42+1. 
I’m having inflammation of the forehead/sinuses/jaw so I can’t sleep (head to low) eat (molars and jaw hurt as hell), my whole head hurts and I just can’t do anything. I have a two year old so my SO needs to take extra time off work now. This makes him needing to go back to work sooner after birth which sucks.
Today my midwife came by and told me she couldn’t loosen my membranes, because I’m not dilated at all and the cervix is still at the back. I don’t want to be induced, that alone makes me so upset. I was too with my first and it was awful! I am so close to my water birth now, and it makes me so sad it might not be happening. It makes me feel angry and disappointed in my own body or something, why isn’t it working as it should? 🤷🏼‍♀️😖
So anyways, Sunday I’m going to the hospital to check if everything is still okay with the baby, hopefully I go into labour on my own or I am going to be induced on Thursday at 42 weeks.

It’s making me upset when I start to have contractions - then after an hour, they just stop! Then I go to bed and think it may happen during the night. Then I wake up and nothing has happened! 
I’m 40+4. Cons on baby - please make your grand entrance 🙏🙏

My due date was 4/30 and I went in to labor at 40+5; labored at home for quite some time, when I got to the hospital I was dilated to 6 cm with my bag bulging. When the doctor checked me a little later I was dilated to 7 and my bag of water broke just from getting checked. Just like my first son, my baby’s heart rate began to drop so I wound up having another Csection. We are both healthy though and that is what matters in the end. Hope all the other April mama’s have had their babies and everyone is happy and healthy!!

I’m still here! 40+3! Had my membranes swept yesterday! Hoping something will start! Off for a long walk today!

So just had ultrasound. Even the tech was like “you’re still pregnant?!” 🙄 Like that helps. Anyway, my first two were both over 9 lbs. I forget exactly how much. This baby is measuring about 8lbs. Though, I know they can be off. She’s measuring 40weeks and her head is measuring 37 weeks. Tech said she had a tiny head so should make delivery easier. (There you go jinxing me)  has this happened with anyone? 
Also, she said baby was nowhere near cervix even though she is head down and facing mostly down which is a good position. I’m confused that baby is nowhere near cervix if doctor said she was well engaged just On Monday. Should I be doing more stuff to press her head down on my cervix? I feel like I’ve been way more active with this one than my other two...what gives???

40+3 and stubborn little boy is still hanging in there lol!  Going to try some red raspberry leaf tea today and see if that helps. I’ve been having lots of contractions but nothing that is consistent.
