BOOTY EXERCISES
I am quad and hamstring dominant.if you don’t know what this means, I basically carry a heck of a lot of muscle on my quads and my hamstrings (my calves too but I don’t mind them so much).
I was just wondering if anybody had any exercises that are JUST glute based ? I want to gain muscle on my hips and my butt, but not my quads.
If not, are there any ways to reduce my quad & hamstring muscles while toning up my butt ?
