How can you tell if baby has hair from ultrasound?

Everyone keeps telling me it looks like my son has hair just from his ultrasound, but how can they tell? It just looks like a shadow to me..? 🤷🏻‍♀️ 
Here is the last ultrasound I got at 27 weeks. I’m 31w3d now.

Okay so every time I try to post the picture it wants to cut half my pic out but my ultrasound tech said they usually don’t see hair until 30wks but I went in at 28+4 and my girl already has a full head of hair and it looks like a bunch of white lines on their head hope that helps ❤️

I’ve been told by ultrasound techs from a normal ultrasound bc there are a million white lines on his head, but idk if it can be seen on 3-d

That’s how my daughter looked and she was born with a head FULL of hair! My friends ultrasounds of her son also looked like that and he was bald.🤷🏻‍♀️ I never really understood it either. Shadow or head full of hair??
