How do you track carbs & glucose levels (and anything else)
Trying to find the best way to track my days so it is easily presentable to my dietitian and OB when I go in for appointments. I do not need to take any pills or insulin shots at this time, only need to track carb intake,exercise and, glucose levels. I am trying to stay away from having to pay for an app but if it is amazing then I will look into it. Thanks!
