spotting n hcg

so yesterday when I wipped I had pink blood that turned dark red almost black so I went to the hospital my hcg is at 375 but fyi my lady period I'm supposed to be 6w 5d but my ob had already told me I could be really early... from my hcg I can be between 4-5 weeks.. N since its so low nothing was shown in my ultrasound 😭 this morning the spotting already went away..... but when I was at the er I started feeling sick..diarreah head ache stomachs ache body ache..... do u think I might be ok since the spotting went away. N could of I picked up a virus at the hospital???
