Anyone experience pregnancy so soon PP?

If anyone has experienced pregnancy so soon postpartum, can you please share your experience/story? I was due my period on the 25th and took two tests at the beginning of the week and thought I saw a very very faint line on one of them 😩

Haven’t gotten any more tests because I have an appointment at my doctors tomorrow anyway for a regular pap. I’ll be mortified if they give me a pregnancy test and it comes out positive. I love my son so much but not sure if I’d be able do the whole pregnancy thing so soon. Freaking out that I’d literally give birth twice in one year, c-sections as well. I would have two babies 11 months 3 weeks apart. I’m a mess just thinking about it.

Before anyone lectures me on how fertile someone is after birth, I am well aware. Not sure how this could of happened after my fiancé and I were so careful.

Someone, anyone...Tell me something 😔
