Could be how you are walking or how your body is shifting to accommodate the extra weight you are carrying. I have really high arches and if I don’t wear good supports I put all my weight on the outside of my feet, which puts stress on my shins and makes them hurt after a lot of walking or running. That’s true when I’m not pregnant as well. Perhaps you could pay attention to where you put your weight as you walk and see if making some minor adjustments help.
