Insecure or more?

My fiancé constantly keeps asking me if I’m sure I want to be with him and if I want to marry him. It’s at the point where I don’t know if he’s asking because deep down he is unsure? Or if he is just overly insecure. I constantly tell him how much I love him and give him validation......

Sounds a little unhealthy if you have to constantly give him validation and he still doesn’t feel it. Head to a couple counselor before y’all get married. This is a situation you need to sort out before walking down the aisle.

Okay so here is my question..... first off before I ask, I do think counseling can help enhance a relationship.... however, when I’m told to “seek a counselor before walking down the aisle”.... is that because it’s meant for me to decide if I should marry him?

Every time he asks you, say "are you sure you want to marry me?" Switch it around and I'm sure you'll get to the heart of the problem in no time at all

My husband has severe anxiety and depression. He takes his medication and sees a counsellor, but he still has days like this.  I just reassure him when needed. Sometimes I get frustrated, sometimes we can both laugh about it, sometimes he is really struggling and I need to focus on helping him.
