6 Month Old Head Twitch

Lately I’ve noticed my 6 month old twitch her head to the side several times. At first I would notice it when she would fight her sleep, but today I noticed her doing it when she was awKe. I read online it could be her self soothing, or her being tired and trying to stay awake. Its hard for me to explain it even seems like if it was tick and wondering if anyone else’s baby was doing the same. Thankfully I have a pediatrician appt tomm for her 6 month check up but I was curious to know if anyone else had seen this in their baby.
