Discharge 2 days after period

Hi guys, I'm a PCOS sufferer diagnosed at 18 (now going on 33). My period ended on Tuesday and by today which is 2 days, cycle day 8 (Thursday) I'm getting watery/milky discharge. I have never experienced this so soon after my period ends. My ovaries feel a little achy and I've been getting a sharp stabbing sensation in my Vagina and kind of in my belly button area which has been happening for the past 2 months. Yesterday I had a stitch like feeling on my left side underneath my ribcage for about 2 and a half hours. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms before?
