So recently diagnosed with adhd And tried biphentin started at 20mg then went to 30mg the 30 made my chest toght and heavy like a panic attacks. So just switched to vyvanse20mg to start Ive been super irratated since 1pm. I took the dose at 730am now im kinda meh like i feel down. But I wasnt taking any medication for 2 days and when im not on it I cant sleep at night and am generally down/cant concetrate. everything feels overwhelming so I just dont attempt to do anything. I have three kids and their lives are being affected by my adhd. anyways there is a new drug in canada called foquest it came out feb this year. Im gonna try vyvanse again amd eat more and drink more water and see what happens. But since foquest is so new im not sure i trust it. im so confused. help!
