i scheduled my gender reveal ultrasound for 16 weeks (about a month away) and my husband just told me he wants to wait until the baby is born to find out the gender!! he never mentioned this before so I am shocked and very sad! my family is already making plans for a baby shower and i had shown him ideas for decorations for either gender and he liked all my ideas but never said nothing about not finding out the gender until today. i am devastated 😭 i tried talking to him about changing his mind and he wouldnt budge.

my question is, should i still go to my gender scan alone and keep the gender from him? will i be a terrible wife for doing that?
