My fiancé and I have been together for almost 4 years now and he proposed in a letter he wrote during basic. He was stationed at Fort Polk but he is now on his first deployment in Kuwait and on his way to Afghanistan. We plan on getting married when he gets back and takes leave, but my question is about how long is the process for paperwork and housing? Maybe just an estimate or refer to wherever your soldier was stationed after your marriage. Anything will help, thank you all in advance.
