I've had a fever bouncing up and down from 99 degrees all day, at one point jumping up to 100. I'm fairly certain implantation happened over the last few days because I had mild cramps on one side of my lower stomach, combined with the worst migraine I've had in months. I haven't had any bleeding of any kind, which is unusual since I don't normally have cramps until I've already started bleeding.

My two kids had fevers last weekend that behaved like mine, going up and down over the course of a day or two. I'm concerned that since I'm fairly certain I had implantation that this sickness is going to cause a miscarriage... I had a chemical pregnancy last year and it was an awful experience. Has anyone had cold/flu like symptoms that ended in a positive pregnancy test?
