Hello everyone. I’m 38 and this is the 2nd time since October, 17’ that my period is late and I feel like I’m going freaking nuts. My period always came a day after a migraine, always. Like clockwork. But things are changing and now my period is late and I’m def not pregnant as I haven’t had sex in nearly two years, could that be an issue? And I’m so tired and exhausted and can’t sleep. My headache goes away for a bit with Tylenol but than comes back. Last time this happened my period was a week late and I was a mess, emotionally, physically. Hair falling out, migraine and a weird sore dry throat. Am I in menopause?
