My 1st was medium/light with horrible cramps and only lasted 5 days, my 2nd was super heavy with no cramps, then I skipped a month, then had the heaviest crampiest period from hell, and now I’m having normal 7/8 day periods like before I got pregnant. Everyone is different and your body might need some time to adjust after such a long time of period free baby bliss

Ya mine wasn't abnormal, but the second period came like 3 weeks late. the third was a week late, and I have yet to see if the fourth will be more on time. all normal bleed amounts

Once it came back it was just like any other period, if anything the first 2 cycles were a bit heavier than normal
