could i be pregnant?

so my boyfriend and i had sex on april 28th, long story short, the condom ripped on us (yes we always use protection) well he said he hadn’t came yet but i’m sure there was a little bit of pre cum on the condom so we rushed to buy plan b and i took it right after i bought it. i’m not sure if i experienced any of the symptoms that were listed on the pamphlet that it comes with other than being somewhat tired and having tender breasts or if i was just kind of tired from work. i’m experiencing minor tender breasts and sore nipples, is that normal? i also had yellowish discharge a few days ago. help! thanks in advance.
