BFN. Should I re-test?

9-10 days DPO, do I keep testing or just call it for the month? This is my first time TTC and thanks to Mirena (recently removed, natch) I have no idea when my period is due. I had a positive OPK on 4/23, and have had spotting and cramps the past three days. Implantation bleeding or AF came early?

If you know you ovulated on the 23rd keep track of when the first day of your next period is and it'll help you a loootttt. The time between when you ovulate and when your period starts is called your luteal phase and this never changes!! For example mine is 14 days (ish, that's the average number for women usually) so if I ovulate today then I know to expect my period in about 2 weeks. The time between CD 1 when you start your period to when you ovulate again is called the follicular phase and that's the one that is extremely variant if your cycles are irregular. I know that doesn't help you for this cycle but it'll make a world of a difference between for cycles to come. As far as your cramping and spotting go, implantation can occur 7-12 days after ovulation so there's always the chance that's what's happening!! if that's the case, it will take another 5-7 days before hcg is detected in the urine. Wait 4 more days (if you can, I know it's hard) and test again!! Fingers crossed  ❤️❤️
