I've just started a new job in a supermarket and my duties include heavy lifting. I'm 16 weeks pregnant and my manager said I should "consider my position" because they "can't move me to checkouts". I'm on a 12 week probation and we're just going to see how I get on but I don't want to put me and my baby at risk of anything. I just need some advice cos I'm pretty sure I could take legal action for this?
