Used to. It’s a total crock of shit. After so long it makes it worse. Go to a therapist. Pharmaceuticals are the way to go.

I smoke weed but don't prefer to use it to help my anxiety. depends on the strain but I deal with it better sober. weed will make me over think and do dumb things lol
