Fasting 🍽🙌🏻
So I’m thinking of doing this thing where I don’t eat for 20 hours a day and I have an open window from 2 PM to 6 PM that I can eat. However, I cannot binge eat and overdo calories.
I felt like it wasn’t for me until watching a ton of YouTube videos about it, and the results seem great!
I’m gonna give it a whirl and see what happens!
Current weight and height: 5’3” & 180 lbs.
