Do you sleep with a bra on?

I am just curious because when I was around 13 my mom told me I should sleep without a bra and let my body breathe. I never listened to her until I was 15-16 and I don’t know why because now I can’t even imagine sleeping with a bra on. the reason why I did it though is because I hated my nipples getting hard.

I wore a bar to bed the first few months of breastfeeding, with heavy-duty pads, to keep from drowning in my sleep. But otherwise NEVER.

I only wear a bra when I leave the house! Breastfeeding is so much easier when you only have to whip it out your top. I’m extremely large breasted (k cup) as well so it is very much noticed when I don’t wear one.

I do now that I’m breastfeeding, but I never would before (and can’t wait to stop).
