Am I the only who gets colder or sweats more on their period?

I swear I get hot easily and then the next minute I’m freezing my butt off. Is this normal? Am I the only one lol 
Someone care to explain?

When you get hot all a sudden andstart sweating,its a hot flash. I get them every period
