Same thing happened to my sister. She’d have a flat stomach before a mean and then a couple hours later she looked pregnant! Turns out it was a severe gluten intolerance. She cut all wheat out of her diet and the bloating went away!

i’m practically terrified to be at my marriage celebration party this summer... (especially in my swimsuit) i feel like everyone is going to ask if i’m pregnant... posture makes a huge difference for me but damnit can’t a girl be allowed to have a belly wothout it being a baby! so embarrassing just cuz people think it’s a baby...
