TMI/Miscarry

Okay ladies have a question my period was3 days late and has been heavy since I took my tampon out and saw this. Now even after my son I’ve never seen this. On top of that I’ve had a lot cramping, also pressure on my back and in between my legs. Walking hurts and I physically feel like if I wanna cry when I walk for more then 5 minutes. Can anyone else tell me what they think this might be I’ve had 4 family members tell me it looks like I’m miscarrying.
