Scared and sad.
Had my first dating Ultrasound today. According to last period I should be 7+1. All they could see was yolk sac. No fetal pole yet. :( Either I’m earlier then I think and we just can’t see it or there is no fetus and I’m going to miscarry. I’m so sad. Have to wait another two weeks for a repeat ultrasound. Anyone else had this happen and have good outcome? I’m also not having many if any pregnancy symptoms.
