Bleeding with normal ultrasound

Hello everyone 💕

I’ve had light spotting 2 times over the last week until last night I started spotting light pink, which has progressed to light red, and with occasional very mild cramping. Being that I had a miscarriage in February I am panicking. I went in today for an ultrasound expecting another loss, but I have a completely normal 6 weeks 4 days little baby in there with a beautiful strong heartbeat. But I’m still bleeding. The doc said all we can do is wait and watch. There’s no explanation for the bleeding, but baby looks great.

Has anyone had a similar situation?

I’m so terrified to have another loss 😬
