pls help me

please.. I have no one else to go to. this guy seemed to like me and when we got back to his place I said no and lets stop over and over and over again... I feel like I want to die and i feel so disgusting and I feel dead inside. I dont know what to do anymore. I'm 16 and hes 18 and in the air force and had his own truck I just... I don't want him to get in trouble even tho he treated me bad. I don't think im physically hurt except for some bruises and marks but thats it.. it was my fault I even said yes to hanging out with him.
