Need the energy to work out.. help

Before I got pregnant, my husband and I would work out at least 4 to 5 days together. Now that I am pregnant, l quit the pre-workouts, caffeine and energy supplements. but I find myself sapped of energy and have very little motivation to work out. I've been blaming the lack of energy on the nausea, vomiting and tummy pains. I've put on 7 lbs and need to get back in the gym. I did some research and found this supplement at GNC and was wondering if anyone had taken it and if it worked.

(side note, I do take a prenatal, fish oil , and a blood builder daily. I eat somewhat decently and only drink green tea if I absolutely need a little push of focus at work)

any input will be appreciated!
