I am pregnant for the 4th time after 3 missed miscarriages. I have had every test under the sun including exploration of my uterus with my last D&C.; This time I am on progesterone and aspirin. Things have been going great, until this morning. I woke up with brown stringy discharge. it goes away if I am not active. I don't have cramping, my boobs are a little less tender,but still having bouts of nasuea heartburn and strong sense of smell. All of my previous miscarriages I have had brown spotting but nothing more. We have not had sex since we found out I was pregnant. I did have a BM yesterday. Just looking for reassurance and prayers that this sweet one is here to stay.
