So my fiancé has a wonderful 3 yr old son. And we have a good time together and I take very good care of him when we have him. If I pick him up from daycare he’s great and happy. But anytime I have to get him from his mother he gets hysterical. She’s one of those helicopter, never let my child so much as whimper, can’t cut the umbilical cord moms. It’s terrible because it is such s production and it makes her think he doesn’t like me or I’m bad to him. But as soon as she is out of sight he’s fantastic and we have a great time. I can always make him smile and laugh. But it’s frustrating and I don’t know what to do... any advice for those who are part of a blended family???
