what is going on down there??

I missed my period by 2 weeks.. I'm usually pretty regualr. pregnancy tests said negative the first week I missed. later the 2nd week I started lightly bleeding. it's only day 2 of light pink bleeding. but my cervix is high. not extremely hight but not low like usual. and it's closed. after having my daughter it's always felt somewhat open..now it feels closed very tightly. and it's somewhat firm but yet soft. can someone help me understand what is going on with my lady bits. they are a bit outta wack I believe.
