Does anyone know if DIM (diindolylmethane) can aid or reduce fertility? From research I’ve done in my understanding it works to reduce the bad estrogen (chemicals etc) and supports good estrogen. It also balances estrogen levels. I know I should probably ask my doc about this, but any info from the group would be awesome too!

I’ve used it in past for regulating my cycle, I still get periods but bloating, fatigue, flow, etc is more balanced. I also always nail my period days exactly on cycle when on it.
