For the last couple of days I've had strong pain in my lower back and lower abdomen which last for a couple of hours and then disappears and then I'm fine and carrying on as usual. It usually happens in the evening time. If it was braxton hicks then surely it shouldn't be painful? What could it be? I've had no bleeding (no show as of yet) and my waters definitely haven't gone yet either.
