How do I tell him to leave

Am 7 weeks and 6 days pregnant and in a bad shape health wise.

Me and my boyfriend went to McDonald’s and I paid for the food and told him that I needed to sit down.

I sat down (have problems with my heart and pregnancy makes it even worse now).

He came with the food, saying that I was quiet and miserable, telling me to fix my face.

He kept throwing insults and I told him not to, cause we were in a family friendly restaurant and kids were playing next to us.

He didn’t care and continued, even took a picture of my face, saying how miserable I look and that I needed to fix it.

I am scared and super upset and trembling.

We always argue and I can’t anymore.

He blames me for everything, saying that I like to twist things, I’m a liar and that i always play victim.

How can I get rid of him cause he is very scary whenever he is angry.
