What the heck is going on?

I had a positive opk (smiley face) and that was 12 days ago.  I am 13 dpo today. All FRERs are negative. I randomly decided to take another OPK and got another Smiley. Not flashing, a solid smiley. What the ever loving god is going on?? Please someone help. My period is due tomorrow.

You can have an lh surge right before a period so ovulation tests can give false hope when they’re positive right before your period . Wait a day or two and take another hpt! Hoping it’s a positive for you!

Just took another FRER and a first signal 88cent Walmart brand. Both negative. Guess I’m out this month.

I think you are less dpo than you think. Once you get your positive opk, you ovulate the following day and the day after that is 1 dpo. It sounds like maybe you are closer to 10 dpo, in which case I would try a frer again in 2 days

I was always under the impression that an OPK will only show positive if you’re pregnant AFTER you receive a positive pregnancy test. Ughhh this is making me crazy. Should I assume I’m ovulating 12 days after my first positive OPK and Have we today?
