Ovulation testing

I’m trying to track my LH, but my results are differing with the two brands of LH tests. On 5-5am, Glow told me my LH strip was positive for an LH surge. I took it again in the evening with another brand, and granted it’s not first morning urine, the sample was from urine held for at least 5 hrs - result is clearly negative.

This mornings urine I tested with both brands in the same urine sample. They are way off from each other! Am I ovulating or not?! I have PCOS and my CM is ALWAYS dry... so I have no reliable method to go by to tell if when I’m ovulating 😳
