Tips for how to pay/ save up for a rhinoplasty

I’m 18 and would like to get a rhinoplasty sometime next summer. I also have a baby and work part time so I can stay home with my baby most of the time. Since we stay with my mom I don’t have a lot of bills just my phone & car and most of the rest goes to the baby and I’ll buy groceries for the whole house sometimes. I have about 2,000 in savings but that’s towards getting my own place eventually. I plan to get a full time job by the end of this summer tho. Would a credit card cover a rhinoplasty?
