Very irregular period! Help!

Soooo my period has been late by 54 days this time. I’m a virgin so I’m not pregnant. But when I do get my period I get severe cramps and nausea. All the time. I take an ibuprofen but sometimes it doesn’t even help at all. Is this normal? As I’m typing I got my period ironically but has anyone ever experienced this?
